About Us

The Climate Finance Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (CFMRV) system collects climate finance information from all ministry sectors and helps track key climate finance flows into the country.

Design and Development of Climate Finance MRV System

This Climate Finance MRV System is designed and developed based on:

  • Consultation with the National Designated Authority (NDA), MAE.
  • Consultation with line ministries such as Finance, Agriculture and Environment, Energy and Mines, and Public Works and Transport.
  • Guidance from international Climate Finance MRV experts.
This MRV system is supported by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in Lao PDR.
